Birla Institute of Technology - Patna Off-Campus

BIT Patna is an extension centre of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, one of India's premier private deemed universities. Established in 2006, the Patna campus operates under the same academic standards and curriculum as the main Mesra campus, offering quality technical education in Bihar's capital city. The extension centre provides students with the prestige of a BIT degree while being closer to home for students from Bihar and eastern India.

The Patna campus offers B.Tech programs in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering, along with M.Tech and MBA programs. All programs follow the same syllabus, examination pattern, and academic calendar as BIT Mesra, ensuring consistency in education quality.
